The Garden Room, with seating for up to 100, is the epitome of romance and features fabulous chandeliers, with cascading twinkling fairy lights against stunning ornate mirrors, along with a faux green foliage wall making a beautiful backdrop for photographs.
The Library lounge is located on a mezzanine above The Manor Rooms and can seat up to 60 guests, with a glass balustrade overlooking the main function room and views towards the estate.
The Manor Rooms can seat up to 150. This amazing room has huge chandeliers and offers breath-taking views of the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds … the perfect backdrop for committing “I Do’s” to each other.
If your preference is to conduct the ceremony in the great outdoors then The Terrace offers a great space for guests to witness your nuptials whilst enjoying a little sunshine with the beautiful rolling hills of the Yorkshire countryside as your backdrop!
Exclusive use of one of our licensed rooms will be £450, this excludes the registrar, celebrant and religious wedding costs and will need to be arranged separately.

Celebrants
Independent Celebrants perform and officiate formal ceremonies, meaning you can create a unique ceremony with your own words, readings and verses, involving family and close friends too. They can conduct other services such as vow renewals, baby naming and funeral rites.
The Manor Rooms team can discuss the options and make recommendations, where required.
